Airport lounge access is one of those perks that gets described like a life upgrade when it is really just a comfort multiplier. It helps most when the airport is chaotic, the delay is real, and the terminal food situation is either bad or offensively expensive.

That means I do not value it at face value. I value it based on actual usage, how easy the lounge is to reach, and whether it makes a travel day meaningfully better instead of just slightly more smug.
